Who we are

Launchables is run by Pitwall AI Ltd, a company registered in the UK. We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us its controller under UK data protection law. You can reach us through our contact form.

What we collect

The waitlist. If you join, we collect the email address you give us and the time you joined.

The contact form. If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, organisation if you give one, the topic you choose and your message. It arrives as an email to our inbox.

Model access requests. Our models are downloaded from Hugging Face. If you request access there, Hugging Face shares with us the details you enter on the request form (your name, company, role, country, what you want to use the model for and how you plan to run it) together with your Hugging Face username and the email address on your account.

We don't use tracking cookies or analytics on this site.

On your device

The Myles-22M demo runs entirely in your browser. Anything you type into it is processed on your device and never sent to us or anyone else. The first time you open it, your browser downloads the model and saves a copy in its own storage, so later visits load it from your device rather than downloading it again. If you play Myles's run, your best score is kept in your browser too. Neither is sent to us, and you can remove both by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

How we use it, and why

Waitlist: to send you a welcome email and then to tell you about Launchables: early access, launches and occasional product updates. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Contact form: only to read and reply to your message. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch.

Model access requests: to decide whether to grant access, to administer the evaluation licence and to contact you about it. We rely on our legitimate interest in knowing who uses our models and on the licence agreement you accept.

We don't sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Vercel. Resend stores our waitlist and delivers our emails, including messages from the contact form. Hugging Face hosts our models and handles access requests under its own privacy policy. The site's fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States; we use them under their data processing terms, which provide the safeguards UK law requires for these transfers.

How long we keep it

Waitlist: until you ask us to remove it or we stop running the waitlist, whichever comes first.

Contact messages: for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months.

Model access requests: for as long as you have access to the model, and for 24 months after that, so we have a record of who held a licence.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent, at any time, through our contact form. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
