Myles, a plush dinosaur, looking up at you

01 · Story

Formed in the UK in 2026.

Launchables was formed in the UK in 2026 on a simple idea: most of what we ask large AI models to do is sorting, not thinking. So it builds very small models that each make one decision well. Its first family, Myles, is trained and evaluated on UK-owned hardware and runs on the laptops, phones and servers organisations already own. Launchables is a UK company, Pitwall AI Ltd.

Myles-400M is 91.8% correct on 1,400 held-out decisions, ahead of the medium tier of a leading hosted LLM family, at about one 450th of the cost.

About Launchables

Launchables builds Myles, a family of very small decision models for the decisions inside AI products. Given a situation, a question and the possible answers, Myles returns a probability for every option in a single pass: it classifies, routes, checks and approves. It runs on the laptop, phone or server an organisation already owns, so its data stays in its own network, and it keeps only the decisions it can make within an error rate measured on held-out data, passing the rest to a person. Launchables is a UK company, Pitwall AI Ltd.

05 · Colours

Warm paper, deep ink, and very little else.

Click a colour to copy its hex. Paper and ink do almost all of the work; the last two belong to Myles and his datacentre, so use them sparingly.

06 · Icons

Twenty-five line icons, drawn like our arrow.

A 24 px grid, a 1.6 px stroke and round ends, so they sit happily next to Inter at 16 to 48 px. Hover to watch one draw itself; copy the SVG, which follows the colour of its text, or download it in ink.

07 · Myles

Our mascot, ready to drop in.

Myles is a plush dinosaur and the face of our models. Each one is a cut-out with a transparent background; the kit download has them as PNGs too.
