Myles-22M Proprietary Licence

"Myles-22M" means the machine learning model published by Launchables at
launchables.ai, including its weights (model_quantized.onnx), vocabulary,
configuration files, model card and any derivatives of them.

1. Permitted use. You may use Myles-22M only as it is served to you through
   the demo on launchables.ai, in your web browser, for personal evaluation.

2. Restrictions. Except with the prior written permission of Launchables, and
   other than the temporary copies your browser makes automatically in memory
   or cache to run the demo under section 1, you may not copy, download for
   reuse, store, redistribute, sublicense, sell,
   host, modify, fine-tune, reverse engineer, decompile, extract or
   distil Myles-22M, or use it or its outputs to train or improve any other
   model.

3. Ownership. Launchables retains all right, title and interest in Myles-22M.
   No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in section 1.

4. Third-party components. Myles-22M incorporates components licensed by third
   parties under their own terms, which are not restricted by this licence:
   - cross-encoder/ms-marco-MiniLM-L6-v2 (Microsoft MiniLM), Apache License 2.0.
     A full copy of that licence is provided in LICENSE-APACHE-2.0.txt alongside
     this file. Modified by Launchables: a decision head was added and the model
     was further trained.
   - WANLI (Liu, Swayamdipta, Smith and Choi, 2022), CC BY 4.0,
     https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/, used via Open-Jev v1.1.
   - ONNX Runtime Web, Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation, MIT License. The full
     licence text is provided at /vendor/onnxruntime-web/LICENSE.

5. No warranty. Myles-22M is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It
   is experimental and can make mistakes. To the extent permitted by law,
   Launchables is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
